Application checklist

Follow These Steps to a Quick and Easy Closing

Step One: Contact Information and Type of Transaction

  1. Compile the Sellers’ and Buyers’ contact information including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
  2. Determine the type of Real Estate Transaction: Owner Finance with No Underlying Lien Owner Finance with a Wraparound Mortgage Owner Finance with a Subject to or Assuming Mortgage
  3. Determine how fees and closing costs will be paid.

Step Two: Closing Documents: Please provide the following information:

  1. Copy of Sales Contract, Addendums, and Disclosures
  2. Copy of All Underlying Lien Deeds of Trust
  3. Copy of Warranty Deed
  4. Copy of the Most Recent Mortgage Statement with the following information:

    • Lien Holder’s name, address, and phone number
    • Loan Number
    • Interest Rate
    • Monthly Payment
    • Escrow Information
  5. Copy of Current Insurance Policy and receipt if insurance will be paid at Closing
  6. CDA’s/Realtor Information
  7. HOA Resale Certificate and HOA Management Company contact information

Step Three: Application and Payment

  1. Fill out the Interactive Form or Download the PDF Form
  2. Submit your Closing Application along with all the Closing Documents.
  3. Submit your Closing Application Fee online.

After reviewing the Application Checklist, submit your Closing Application in the Closing Application Form.
